Setup Connection Using a Dlink Router
Open an Internet Explorer and enter the address 192.168.0.1 and hit the Return key.

You will now be prompted for the Username and Password. Enter admin as the Username and leave the Password blank.

The main menu of the router will now be displayed. Click once on the WAN option of the left menu.

In the WAN menu, choose the checkbox PPPoE.

By choosing the PPPoE option you will notice that the WAN Menu will change and display the PPP over Ethernet menu. You will need to enter the Connection Username, Password and Service Name on this menu. The Service Name has to stay EMPTY and the Username and Password are as supplied by Digiweb Ltd.
You will also need to enable the Auto-Reconnect option.

Click on Apply to apply the changes. The router will now restart and you will need to click on Continue to finalize the changes.

The final step of the setup is to start the connection. Click on the Status on the top menu.

On the WAN menu, you will need to click on the Connect button. The router will then confirm that the connection with the Service is made and the connection state should change to PPPoE Connected.


Log out of the router and restart Internet Explorer. You should now be able to browse. If not, please go to our troubleshoot page.
