You will need to configure a new Connection with your connection settings. This is done under Control Panel > Network and Sharing Centre.

Click ‘Setup a connection or network’

Choose the option “Connect to the Internet” and click on Next.

You may encounter the following screen, if so click ‘Setup a new connection anyway’

Again, you may encounter the following screen, if so click ‘No, create a new connection’

Choose “Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and a password”.

The following screen will ask for the Account Information screen and will be used to save your Username and Password. Please enter the Username and Password supplied to you by Digiweb Ltd

Type “Digiweb” in the Connection name field and click on Connect to start the connection.
