Prestige 660RU Series Router

1. Open your Internet browser and try to access any web page

If you get a screen like below please ensure the DSL light is on solid on the modem.

The router's DSL light blinks when it tries to connect and stays lit once it has connected. If you still cannot get a DSL light, please check the common connection problems.

 

2. Enter your user details

Once your router has a DSL connection, your browser displays this screen as the router needs your user details before it can log on to the internet:

Enter the router configuration password 1234

Enter your broadband user name and password exactly as provided by Digiweb, including the @dsl.digiweb.ie text at the end.

(Note: This is case sensitive)

 

3. Click the Log On button

If your user details are correct you will see a message confirming that setup is complete and your router stores your details for future use.

 

Congratulations, you can now start surfing at broadband speed!

 

If you are entering the correct information but log on still fails, contact Digiweb support for assistance and to check that your broadband account is active.
