I can't FTP to the server

If you're having issues connecting to the FTP server make sure the following is correct:

FTP Server, you can check this in Hsphere by click on the FTP Manager from the main page. You should see the host name about half way down that page.

Your FTP Username and Password are the same as your control panel logins, so if you can login to the hosting control panel at http://cp.hosting.digiweb.ie:8080/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP with those credentials then the username and password are correct.

Finally, if you're still having issues make sure you're firewall isn't blocking FTP applications from accessing port 21. You might have to add a rule allowing it to do so. If you're not sure how to do this, disable your firewall temporarily and try upload.
