How do i cancel my Satellite Broadband subscription?
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service we want to hear from you. Please call our Customer Care team on lo-call 1890 940 400 or email cancellations@digiweb.ieAs per terms and conditions we require 30 days notice in writing (letter, email or fax) for all cancellations.
Please note if you are cancelling within contract termination fee's will be appled as per terms and conditions.
