Per last month's notice Digiweb Telecom t/a TalkTalk is now your service provider. Over the next two months we plan to reward your loyalty by bringing you lower prices, additional products and all−round better value. From February 2011, you will notice changes to the brand presented on your bill. The brand is changing from Talk Talk to Digiweb Telecom but your existing price, package and service will remain the same. No action is required on your behalf as these changes will happen automatically. Should you have any queries we are here to help, simply call Customer Care on 1902.

1.Who is Digiweb?
Digiweb is a leading Irish based telecommunications company that offers customers a full range of home phone and broadband solutions. The company is well established and has been in operation since 1997. They have gained an enviable reputation as one of Ireland's best broadband suppliers. They offer excellent customer service, a great range of deals with great prices on bundled phone and broadband services.
2.Is there a reason why Talk Talk is no longer is operation?
The Irish operation of Talk Talk was bought out by Digiweb in 2010. This is very positive news for TalkTalk customers as it allows you to benefit from additional savings to your telephony and broadband accounts in addition to upgraded and expanded services as Digiweb are committed to reinvigorating the TalkTalk product range.
3.What services will be affected when my service is being changed to Digiweb?
There will be no change to your existing service, your current price and packaging will remain exactly the same. The only thing that is changing is the name of the company in which you will be dealing with. However, if you wish you can upgrade to Digiweb's range of products and services which can deliver savings of up to 30% on your existing package.
4.Will there be any extra costs?
There will be no additional costs to your existing service; all pricing will remain the same. Rest assured if you do not make any changes to your service you won't pay any more than you're paying now.
5.Will my bill date change?
There will be no change in the date in which you are billed. You will be billed monthly, in advance for the bundle, exactly as you are now, and in arrears for calls outside your bundle. We can offer you an ebill, free of charge, if you wish, and all we would need is an email address.
6.Will it affect my bundle benefit?
No, there will be no change, except that as Talk Talk is now part of the Digiweb group. We are happy to offer you upgraded services on your account including call savings and increased broadband speeds, however, if you wish you can remain on the exact same service you are currently on.
7.Will my email or online account be affected?
No, there will be no change to your existing email with Talk Talk and your online web interface will remain the same.
8.Will my line rental be transferred over to Digiweb?
No, your existing service offering will remain exactly the same as before. You can transfer your line rental to Digiweb if you wish and make additional savings on your calls.
9.Can I just switch to Digiweb now, before the transition is complete?
Yes, if you wish you can upgrade to a new package with Digiweb, we offer a great range of services including fast broadband and excellent national and international call rates.
10.Whom do I contact if I have any service problems?
You can still use the same number you used previously. Simply call Customer Care on 1902 and Technical Support on 1890 810 800.
11.With Digiweb, will I have a choice of Long Distance calls?
Yes, Digiweb offer the same great benefits on long distance calls you are used to with Talk Talk.
12.Will I still have access to all of the services I currently have on my telephone?
Yes, all of the services you are currently using will remain exactly the same.
13.Will my Talk Talk home phone still work after the switch?
Yes, your landline will still work and there will be no change in your phone or broadband services.
14.Will the customer support number change?
There will be no change to the customer support number, should you wish to contact customer support simply dial 1902 from your landline.
15.Will the technical support number change?
There will be no change to the technical support number, should you wish to contact customer support simply dial 1890 810 800.
16.Where do I go to get more information about new Digiweb services?
You can go online and visit www.digiweb.ie where you will be able to find more information on the products and services offered. Alternatively if you wish you can call 1902 to speak with an Agent.
17.If I have queries about my bill in the future who do I contact?
You can still use the same number you used previously. Simply call Customer Care on 1902.
18.Does this mean I have a new contract?
No, if you keep your services exactly as they are now there will be no change to your existing contract. We will not make any changes without your approval.
19.As a DSFA customer will I still be eligible for the DSFA grant?
Yes, if you are an existing DSFA customer you will still avail of the DSFA grant exactly as you have previously.
20.If I cancel, what is my termination fee?
The fee is the same as if you cancelled with Talk Talk today, to the end of your existing contract.
21.Will my DSL username and password change?
No, your DSL username and password will not be affected by the rebranding and will remain as is currently.
